Delivery & Refund Policy
Standard Delivery Fee and Overtime Delivery Fee:
Standard Delivery Fee is 30,000 VNĐ. We offer FREE Standard Delivery for any order of 500,000 VNĐ or more.
Besides, it costs 20,000 VNĐ for Overtime Delivery (before 6am or after 5pm).
Time Requirements:
Deliver in Ho Chi Minh City: You should place your order 4 hours or more prior to delivery time. If you place your order after 5pm, it will be delivered only as soon as 8am next day.
Deliver in Other Cities/Provinces: Your should place your order at least 6 hours prior to delivery time. If you place your order after 5pm, it will be delivered only as soon as 8am next day.
Deliver in Other Countries: You should place your order at least 48 hours prior to delivery time.

Refund policy:
If you want to request a refund and cancel your order, please call 0938 317 113 not later than 6 hours before delivery time you has chosen. It may take 3-5 business days for us to provide the refund.
